This interactive course trains implant surgeons on diagnosing, planning, and placing functional and aesthetic immediate full-arch replacements with confidence. Led by Delta Academy founder Dr. Alfonso Rao in conjunction with Straumann Pro Arch, this two-day course covers case selection, treatment planning, and final fitting of provisional prostheses

Course Leaders
Alfonso Rao
Born in Italy, Dr Alfonso Rao graduated from the University of Chieti with distinction.
He has spent three years at the Eastman Dental Institute of London, where he completed a course in Implant Dentistry. He also has completed training from the Global Institute for Dental Education in Los Angeles, in 2014.
Over the last few years Alfonso has dedicated a lot of personal time in teaching and mentoring dentists in implantology and as an opinion leader and speaker for Straumann and Dentsply. He’s has been a lead instructor for other implant course providers but decided to launch DELTA to provide a different approach to learning implant dentistry.
He is involved with the local community (Bristol) of dental professionals holding regular CPD events in the practice to promote education especially of other young dentists.

I did the ProArch course recently. I was sceptical about the whole concept, but after doing the course, I’m able to assess the suitability of this concept and treat my patients in a better way. Alfonso explained it so nicely, and not only the hands on was useful, but the live surgery including the process of fabrication of the prosthesis and immediate placement was fantastic. It has given me a lot of understanding and knowledge about the pro-arch concept and the use of Straumann BLX Implants system is just fantastic. I would highly recommend this course and courses run by Delta Academy.

This course not only gave me the confidence to treat my cases with the best possible outcome, but unequivocally it has improved my technique, halved my working time, and helped me understand my failures and manage them and set up correct expectations . Learning in an Endo Specialist environment gave me the opportunity to see the day to day setup of the practice, materials used, and the associated protocols. The teaching method is through empowerment, with an abundance of patience and reflection. I found this teaching style including the theoretical part to be engaging. Prof. MASSIMO is great at making any delegate the best version of themselves, by bringing with his vast knowledge the confidence within your hands. It has been amazing, (not sure if it’s a course or a holiday as having so much fun doing this), Massimo and Federico were so down to Earth and provided us with very informative lectures and practical demos, full of tips, techniques and helped problem solve. The hands on was fantastic, we did procedures on plastic teeth and extracted teeth and did so much in the time we had. I have been on quite a few endo courses but this definitely is the best that I’ve experienced. The atmosphere was so relaxed and quite entertaining. Being a small group was an advantage as we each had individual attention. Thank you so much I’m actually finally enjoying endo. I think the biggest difference to this course and others is that we will by working on live patients, under close supervision. This will definitely boost my confidence.
